The Kount Complete™ solution provides a robust set of reporting tools that can be accessed by administrators and managers to view agent, workflow, and financial data. These reports allow the monitoring of overall order traffic through the Kount Agent Web Console. Additional reports can be run to ensure the security of your application, such as login attempts and configuration setting changes. The Solution

Orders Reporting. Administrators can generate both a period and a summary report of these orders.

Workfow Reporting. Merchants can create reports for Workflow Metrics and display the level and type of activity occurring in the risk assessment workflow over a specified time frame. At a glance, the number of orders assigned to risk assessment agents and the statistical breakdown of those orders by disposition can be viewed.
Like Workflow Metrics, the Agent Metrics tool lets you create activity reports for any individual risk assessment agent. In this manner, you can review and manage an agent’s level of responsibility and assigned activity.

Security Reporting. Administrators can track any configuration changes to the management console, rules engine and workflow to verify an authorized individual made each change and that changes match approved policies. If any unauthorized changes are recorded, corrective action can be taken.
User Login Reporting tracks user login attempts, both successful and unsuccessful. This report can help you determine if a party is attempting to gain unauthorized access to your Kount system.
