Brad Wiskirchen Headlines at CEO Speaker Series

Kount CEO to discuss ways to guard against online organized crime and other forms of internet fraud at Boise CEO Speaker Series

BOISE, Idaho - Boise, recently named by Forbes as the #2 place in America for business and careers and #7 as an Up and Coming Tech City, has long been regarded as a high-tech hub. The number of people employed in the high-tech arena and the number of innovative products and patents that come out of the city rank among the nation's top 10. Among the hundreds of tech companies headquartered in Boise is Kount, a newly formed subsidiary of Keynetics.

Kount has just launched an online fraud control technology that seeks and destroys online organized crime rings, otherwise known as botnets. The FBI cites the level of danger posed by botnets as high, declaring them “a growing threat to national security, the national information infrastructure, and the economy. With this in mind, The Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce has invited Brad Wiskirchen, CEO of Kount, to headline its CEO Speaker Series, April 16 at Boise's Grove Hotel. Addressing executives from several hundred companies, Wiskirchen will discuss current and future challenges companies will deal with in the face of fraud and give best-practice measures to avert continued losses, rising costs and wasted time associated with online crime.
