ClickBank to Attend MRC Platinum Members Meeting this Month01-Sep-2008
Kount to benefit from sister company's high-level involvement
ClickBank will attend its first Merchant Risk Council (MRC) meeting as a Platinum Member this month in Chicago. The meeting takes place Sept. 17-18 and is an opportunity for ClickBank executives to gather with their peers in a member only forum.
MRC is the retail industry's leading trade association for promoting secure e-commerce in global online payments. Recognized as an e-commerce thought leader and sister to Kount, a company that provides sophisticated online fraud control technology, ClickBank was invited to join MRC as a platinum member earlier this year.
The Platinum membership provides key benefits including access to MRC web site tools, research, intellectual property and real-time fraud data sharing. Platinum members may serve on the MRC board of directors, and get access to the MRC Global Council, a new think tank addressing business, regulatory and security issues. To be eligible for a Platinum membership, a company must have at least $75 million in revenues and must be approved by the MRC board. ClickBank's sister company, Kount, has joined MRC as a signature member.
