IRX, RBTE highlight Kount’s European Tour

We had a prolific couple of days at the Internet Retailing Expo (IRX) as we continue to expand our focus in Europe, from speaking with leading journalists and meeting a number of e-commerce’s finest. Above all, we are excited by the possibilities to help European companies tackle their fraud issues and boost sales.

I was honored to share a keynote speech to attendees, outlining how a strong fraud platform can enable retailers to not only beat fraud but know their customer better. Combining customer insights with the reassurance of strong fraud protection means retailers can focus on increasing customer satisfaction and expanding where they do business to boost sales.

As I met with folks at the IRX, our conversations highlighted some real issues in the marketplace that simply aren’t being tackled effectively enough. Retailers want an all-in-one solution that’s fast, powerful and secure – a solution that doesn’t waste time or resources with extensive manual reviews. They want to convert as many sales as possible but at the same time not leaving themselves susceptible to the ever increasing levels of card-not-present fraud. Luckily for them that’s exactly what Kount does.

The IRX came on the heels of the Retail Business Technology Expo, where we also learned a lot and enjoyed getting to know the leading retail minds who attended. We also had the opportunity to sit down with the Integrated Retailer, who wrote about our presence there: Kount uses RBTE to kick off a crime fighting spree.

While the article tempts us to buy a cape and a mask to hit the streets, we do take our role as online business protector, and enabler, seriously. We also can’t wait for our next trip to Europe in a few weeks.
